The Petticoat Project is a 'petticoats in the landscape charity project' undertaken by Richard Woods, who is a photographer in New Zealand.  There are many delightful and creative images, all featuring petticoats or hooped crinolines.

There is also a YouTube link showing the models and photographer
on location as well as some of the finished shots.
