"What an awesome dress  if you are genetically female.  Such exposure of the great bits-
shoulders- throat.  But covered in feminine frippery all over as well:  The gloves - the back o the
neck - what was a strapless dress turned into a halter.  Practical, pretty, perfectly pico-petticoated. 
 Pouting, propped on heels, pinnacled with a peony, presented in white, patient yet petulant."
