A few words from Donna Leanne:
I don't know if anyone is interested in skirt management, but I certainly derive a tremendous amount of pleasure in putting myself through the paces of correct hem placement, net problem correction, color coordination, ribbons and bows in the right location, measured distances from heels to hems all the way around the skirt circle, etc. It really should be performed by a dressing Mistress or Mademoiselle to achieve the maximum effectiveness of course. But when that isn't possible a Girl must be certain She has the prettiest possible layering going on beneath that lovely bouffant frock She is bewitched by as it is reflected in the looking glass. Don't you agree?
