Peeking out from under the gowns or sans gowns, these are a delight!

Another thing to watch for:

Just noticed we posted a couple
from this site last year:
#1 #2 -
non-bridal

'Captain Marno':

"An unusual view from below of a bride
wearing four (hooped) petticoats in Singapore."

A darling picture; took us a long time to get on board with the concept of sneakers with formal wear, but it IS the fashion these days (the crinies helps in this case). This is described as a bride.

Nancy N. points out this bridal blog

Judy V. points to this URL, which contains mostly "naked" pettis

We noted this interesting picture of a "trained" hoop for a bridal gown

Tom L.:

"The bride is being carried by her husband (in a "non-traditional" way), and her
petticoat [hoop] is peeking out of her gown!

some English law change)

"The photo is from 'Colourbox', a stock photo source, but I did not find similar ones :-("

Bridal froufrou on the stairs...
Sometimes crowded pettis
are preferable to hoops
